WATCH: Ruffin McNeil’s Path to NC State

Today will be an interesting day for Ruffin McNeil. The former head coach of East Carolina is now serving as the Special Assistant to Wolfpack Head Coach Dave Doeren. Today will the first time McNeill has walked into Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium as an opponent.
