3-Star Running Back Kyron Jones Decommits from NC State

Published

on

3-Star 2023 Running Back Kyron Jones has decommitted from NC State.

Jones committed to run with the Wolfpack back on October 1st, but his Official Visits to Georgia and Nebraska over the past two weekends must have changed his tune. It’s worth noting that Georgia is recruiting Jones to play Defensive Back, rather than Running Back. The Cornhuskers are recruiting Jones to play Running Back.

ESPN ranks Jones as the #18 player in the state of North Carolina in 2022.

NC State is down to 1 Running Back in their 2023 recruiting class, and he’s a good one. Kendrick Raphael committed to run with the Wolfpack on November 29th, and Rivals rates him as a 4-star prospect, and ranks him as the #18 Running Back in the class.

The Wolfpack now have 16 commits and two transfers in their 2023 recruiting class.
