3-Star NC State DL Commit Chase Bond Signs NLI

3-Star 2024 Defensive Lineman Chase Bond (6’4″/245) has signed his National Letter of Intent to play football at NC State.

Bond is rated as a 3-star prospect by 247, ESPN and ON3, but Rivals gives him only 2 stars. 247Sports ranks him as the #49 overall player in the state of Ohio in 2024.

This Fall, Bond helped lead Washington (Massillon, OH) to a state championship, going undefeated all season. He finished with 40 tackles, 11 tackles for loss, 11 sacks and 24 quarterback pressures.

Bond committed to NC State on June 11th of this year, right after taking an Official Visit. He also held offers from Ohio, Eastern Michigan, Marshall, UCONN, Michigan St. and others.
