247: NC State is of Top-5 Biggest Risers in Recruiting Rankings

After National Signing Day, 247Sports revealed which 5 teams were the Biggest Risers in the current recruiting rankings in comparison to last year, and which 5 teams were the Biggest Fallers.

NC State was the 5th Biggest Riser, jumping 16 spots from last years rankings.

Dave Doeren has built NC State into a consistent winner despite mediocre results on the recruiting trail. However, the Wolfpack are on the verge of signing their best class in four years and hope it can get them to their first ACC Championship Game appearance in the near future. Four-stars Terrell Anderson (WR) and Jonathan Paylor (ATH) are ranked within the top 30 best recruits NC State has landed since 2000 and will have an opportunity to produce Day 1 in a revamped Wolfpack offense.
