I already made a more extensive Highlight Reel of Jordan Waters’ 2023 season at Duke, but I felt like making one of the plays where I felt like he was running like a Man POSSESSED. The Wolfpack found their starting Running Back for the 2024 season in Jordan Waters, who transferred from Duke to NC State for his final year of eligibility.
