NC State will be Wearing ALL White in the Pop-Tarts Bowl

NC State will be wearing ALL White in the Pop-Tarts Bowl tomorrow.

This will be the first time all season that the Wolfpack have worn White-on-White-on-White. The last time NC State wore ALL White was on the road against Mississippi State in 2021, where the Wolfpack lost to Bulldogs 10-24.

The year before that, NC State wore ALL White at #20 Virginia Tech, losing 24-45.

In 2019, the Wolfpack wore ALL White three times. In the final game in the uniform combination, NC State lost to Wake Forest on the road 10-44.

That’s three straight losses in ALL White. I’m not superstitious, but this uni combo needs to be redeemed, because it’s CLEAN.

Since Dave Doeren became NC State’s head coach in 2013, the Wolfpack are 10-11 when they wear ALL White.
