NC State is Looking to Move Up the History Books with a Possible 8th ACC Title

#10 NC State will play #14 Notre Dame for the 2023-24 ACC Championship today at 1pm on ESPN.

This marks the 18th time that the Wolfpack have played in the ACC title game, which is tied for the most title game appearances in ACC history.

ACC Title Game Appearances

1) NC State – 18
1) UNC – 18
3) Duke – 15
4) Maryland – 13
5) Notre Dame – 7

A win would give NC State 8 ACC titles, tying Duke for the 3rd most in conference history.

Most ACC Titles

1) Maryland – 10
2) UNC – 9
3) Duke – 8
4) NC State 7 (currently)

With a Wolfpack win over the Irish today, Wes Moore will have led NC State to 4 ACC titles, tying the legendary Wolfpack Coach Kay Yow.
