4-Star OL Carter Scruggs Visited NC State on Friday

4-Star 2026 Interior Offensive Lineman Carter Scruggs took an unofficial visit to NC State on Friday.

NC State offered Scruggs back on February 24th, and he also holds offers from Alabama, Virginia Tech, West Virginia, Penn St., Georgia, Pitt, Liberty, UVA, Duke, Syracuse and others.

ON3 and Rivals both rank Scruggs as a Top-120 player overall nationally in the 2026 recruiting class, and Rivals ranks him as the #2 player in the state of Virginia.
