3-Star WR Arrion Concepcion Decommits from NC State

3-Star 2025 Wide Receiver Arrion Concepcion, the younger brother of Wolfpack Wide Receiver Kevin Concepcion, has decommitted from NC State.

Concepcion verbally committed to run with the Wolfpack back on June 23rd.

He holds offers from NC State, Virginia Tech, Miami, Indiana, Liberty and others.

Concepcion is now the 5th player from the Wolfpack’s 2025 recruiting class to decommit: 3-Star WR Arrion Concepcion, 3-Star WR Jamar Browder, 3-Star DE Mykah Newton, 3-Star DL Makhi Williams-Lee, 3-Star CB RJ Jones.

In the world of the Transfer Portal, one always has to wonder if a player will return the following season. One of the things that has given me confidence that Kevin Concepcion would return to NC State for his Junior season was the arrival of his brother next year. I’m in no way implying that Arrion’s decommitment equals KC transferring. I’m just saying it’s something worth watching.
