QB Commit Jalan McClendon fitting the mold?

NC State 2014 quarterback commit Jalan McClendon picked the Pack over Miami, FSU, Wake Forest, UVA, UNC, and ECU, so you know he’s got game. But how will he fit in with NC State next season? Sure, Pete Thomas and Brandon Mitchell will be gone, but in will be Jacoby Brissett (Florida transfer). He’ll have 2 years to try to transform the Pack and then it looks like the reigns will likely be handed over to Jalan McClendon. The good thing is that both players fit nearly the same mold. Good athletes with good arms. It seems like Doeren is starting to show us the type of QB he wants to run with as head coach of the Pack. Here is some video of McClendon.
