’16 Garrett Hooker Picks Up Pack Offer

After a two-day break, NC State camp picked back up today. and they continued to hand out scholarship offers. Today the Wolfpack offered 2016 3-Star LB Garrett Hooker (6’2″/225) out of Thomasville, North Carolina.
