Smith & Bam Close Gauntlet Strong

Yesterday at the Adidas Gauntlet Series in Atlanta Dennis Smith Jr. provided one of the top highlights of the day. There is no question that his elite athleticism is what sets him apart from his peers. He is not only explosive, but also has the build to absorb contact and still finish.  His team did not have the best of days as they finished 1-2, losing two close games to NY Rens and Texas P.R.O late last night, which eliminated his team from the tournament.

Dennis finished last night with a double-double going for 11 points and 10 assists. Not only did Smith bounce back from a sub-par showing, but so did Bam Adebayo. In a losing effort last night Adebayo finished with 21 points and 8 rebounds.

This upcoming week both Dennis and Bam will be attending the All-American Camp by Adidas  in New York. There will be some of the top players in the country attending this camp. Some of them are NC State targets, like Rawle Alkins, Braxton Blackwell, and Kobi Simmons.
