NC State Offers Charles O’Bannon Jr.

According to Alex Kline of The Recruit Scoop, NC State offered 2017 SG Charles O’Bannon Jr. yesterday, who is the son of former UCLA star Charles O’Bannon. The 2017 5-star prospect (ESPN) is playing AAU with the Las Vegas Prospects. O’Bannon also holds offers from Arizona, Kansas, UCLA, Texas A&M, Oregon, USC, Wake Forest and Washington.  According to Jerry Meyer of 247Sports, he has no qualms with with going to a school on the East Coast.  O’Bannon (6’5″/185) just averaged 14.2 points (39.6 FG%) and 5 rebounds in 5 games at the Peach Jam.
