Two-time defending National Champion Nick Gwiazdowski won his first International tournament yesterday. The NC State rising Senior defeated Poland 10-0 in the quarters and beat Iran 14-4 in he Semis.

In yesterday’s finals he faced off against China, and needed a huge comeback in order to claim the Gold.  Gwiazdowski trailed 8-0 and collected 8 unanswered points to tie the match, before pinning his opponent with 38 seconds left.
