TJ Warren Explodes For 31 Points

Published

on

Last night TJ Warren put his team on his back and willed them to a victory to carry them into the semifinals of the Las Vegas Summer League. The Suns were down big early and then TJ started to cook. He used his stellar touch and full offensive arsenal to score 31 points. Seriously, there are not many guys in the NBA that have his ability to score at such a high rate and be efficient. TJ was 13-23 from the field and added 6 rebounds for good measure, 4 being offensive.

With last nights win the Suns improve to 4-1 and move on to play the undefeated New Orleans Pelican at 8 o’clock tonight. Leading the Pelicans is Seth Curry who is averaging a league leading 25 points per contest. TJ Warren is second in the Summer League averaging 22.4 points per game, while shooting a sensational 56% from the field.

TJ is going to score a lot of points in the NBA, there is no doubt about that. He has to stay positive and aggressive if he wants to gain more court time this upcoming season. All of his coaches are singing his praised for his approach and results this Summer League. I am confident TJ can use his momentum to catapult himself up the depth chart this fall in training camp.
