Kelvin Harmon to Decide in October

4-Star 2016 Wide Receiver Kelvin Harmon has NC State in his top 6, and he said yesterday that he plans on making his college decision sooner than he expected.

He told NJ.com that the decision would come in “early October, like the first week or two, for sure.”  We reached out to him yesterday, and even though he is considered a South Carolina lean at this point, he told me that there is no order to his top 6, and that he doesn’t have a leader.  He told me he “just wants to get the decision out of the way.”

Harmon is visiting South Carolina this Friday.  NC State is pursuing a lot of wide receivers in the 2016 class right now, but if they want Harmon, they might need to turn up the heat a little bit, and do it soon.
