I just spoke with 2016 2-star (247) Offensive Lineman Kollin Byers (Shelby, NC) and he confirmed that he has committed to NC State today.  This means that Byers has officially deccommitted from UNC-Charlotte, where he committed to back on June 29th, and decided to run with the Wolfpack instead.
