NC State Offers 2017 TE Damien Darden

Last night NC State offered 2017 TE Damien Darden while he was on campus for the Alpha Wolf Showcase. This was Darden’s 3rd time on campus this summer, including 7-on-7 camp. Darden is currently an unrated prospect.

In this article from Scout, Darden said that he is primarily hearing from NC State and Duke, and had this to say about his time at NC State camp.

”I felt like our team did a good job and I felt like I played well. I really enjoyed being there. (Running backs) coach (Desmond) Kitchings is recruiting me and we have a good relationship and I really like him, too.” (Scout)

Darden plays at C.B. Aycock High School in Pikeville, North Carolina.
