NC State Offers 2018 WR K’Vaughan Pope

Yesterday the NC State coaching staff tried to get ahead of all the teams that will come after 2018 WR K’Vaughan Pope in the future, and offered him a scholarship.  Pope doesn’t have any stars beside his name yet, but most players his age don’t either.

UVA was the first to offer the young wideout out of Virginia back on April 27th.
