Kobe Smith To Announce Wednesday

On July 19th 2016 3-star Kobe Smith decommitted from NC State, and today he tweeted that he would be making his decision on Wednesday night.

In the tweet, he revealed that his top-3 schools are NC State, Kentucky and Miami.  Considering that he attended camp at Kentucky the day before he decommitted from NC State, and is making his decision 10 days later, my money is with Kentucky.
