NC State Offers WR Andrew Parchment
3-star (247) 2016 Wide Receiver Andrew Parchment (6’4″/185) committed to Cincinnati back on May 20th, after receiving an offer from them on May 14th. Yesterday NC State and South Florida offered the Florida high school standout.

The teams that had offered prior to Cincinnati were Bowling Green, Georgia Southern, Jacksonville St., Appalachian St., Toledo, and Coastal Carolina. Since committing he has picked up three offers from Toledo, NC State and South Florida. Toledo’s came two days after his commitment, and NC State and South Florida both offered yesterday.

Is that legal? Offering a scholarship to a player that has already committed to a school? I expect that kind of tampering from a school like Kentucky but not from us…
