Over the past 4 days NC Prep has released their Preseason All-State teams by division.  Earlier I posted a piece showing the 4 NC State commits that earned this honor.  After surveying all four All-State teams, here is a list of players that earned Preseason North Carolina All-State honors that are NC State recruiting targets.
