DJ Harvey is Visiting NC State This Weekend

Scout’s Evan Daniels is reporting this morning that consensus 5-star 2017 wing D.J. Harvey will be visiting NC State, North Carolina, and Duke this weekend.  All three of these visits are unofficial visits.

Harvey is ranked as the #8 overall player in the 2017 class by 247, #9 by Scout, #11 by Rivals, and #12 by ESPN.  He holds offers from ASU, Georgetown, Louisville, Maryland, Memphis, NC State, Notre Dame, Oklahoma, Pitt, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Ohio St., Arizona, Miami, Villanova, Cal, Xavier and others.

He plays for DeMatha Catholic High School (Hyattsville, Maryland) which is where current NC State center BeeJay Anya played high school ball, as did past Wolfpackers Jordan Collins, Kenny Carr, Sidney Lowe, and Derek Whittenburg, and Hawkeye Whitney.

Harvey has unofficially visited Arizona, Arizona St., Georgetown and Auburn.  NC State offered him back on September 17th, 2014.
