Carlos Rodon Pitches 5th Straight Quality Start

Former NC State pitcher Carlos Rodon pitched his 5th straight Quality Start last night, but it wasn’t enough for him to pick up his 7th win of the season.  Rodon pitched 6 innings, gave up 2 earned runs, and struck out 4 in the White Sox 3-0 loss to the Twins.  Over his stretch of 5 consecutive Quality Starts, Rodon has a 1.85 ERA, 33/14 K/BB, and his opponents batting average has been .186.
