According to ESPN’s David Hale, three of NC State’s Cornerbacks rank in the Top 10 in the ACC in completion percentage.  (Via Twitter)

Quarterbacks are only completing 16.7% of the passes they throw GR-Senior Juston Burris’ way, ranking 1st in the ACC.  Through 5 games, only 2 passes have been completed on Burris for a measly total of 19 yards.  Sophomore Mike Stevens might be one of the more impressive names on this list.  After Junior Jack Tocho went down with an injury in Week 1, Stevens stepped in and hasn’t given the starting role back since.  Teams have tried to take advantage of the younger Stevens, but their efforts have proven to be dismal.  Opposing quarterbacks have thrown at Stevens 20 times, completing only 5 (25%), which ranks 3rd in the ACC.  Stevens’ 5 pass breakup rank 6th in the ACC.  Lastly, opposing Quarterbacks are completing 36.4% of their passes against Wolfpack Junior Nickelback Dravious Wright, ranking 10th.  Wright has shown great versatility, making big hits in the backfield, and shutting down receivers downfield.
