Former NC State Forward T.J. Warren dropped 21 points on the Rockets last night in an NBA preseason game.  Warren came off of the bench (23 minutes), but that didn’t stop him from leading the Suns in scoring.  He was 9 of 16 shooting and also grabbed 5 rebounds.  How valuable was Warren?  The Suns were 5 points to-the-better with him in the game.  Every single starter on the Suns had a +/- in the negatives last night.  Despite Warren’s efforts the Suns lost to the Rockets 135-129.

Through 3 preseason games, Warren is leading the Suns in scoring, averaging 16 points per game.  He is also 3rd in Field Goal Percentage, shooting 51.3% from the field.
