NC State is Solid Following a Bye

While at NC State Coach Doeren has been extremely successful following a bye week or a game that has allowed more than a week to prepare.  In his three seasons at State he is 7-2 in such games.  In fact, NC State and Coach Doeren are 5-0 in the last 5 games that fall under these guidelines, 1-0 this season as well as 4-0 a season ago.  The good news keeps coming as State won two road ACC games (last season) following a bye as they beat Syracuse and UNC.

Let’s hope the past results are foreshadowing of this weekend’s upcoming game as the Pack travels to Wake Forest.  Game time is slated for noon and can be seen on RSN.
