Over/Under 7.5: NC State Football

NC State football was pegged at 7.5 wins before the season started, and as it stands right now the Pack find themselves at 6 wins. With 3 games remaining on the schedule can the Pack win 2 of these games to achieve the over 7.5 wins? It is a tough call to make as the Pack must travel to FSU this weekend, a place they haven’t found victory in 10 years. Then the Pack close their season at home as they play Syracuse (3-6) and the grand finale as they host UNC (8-1).

I am not optimistic about this Saturday as I feel that FSU will be too much for the Pack at home, and I think their run game will give NC State trouble. Dalvin Cook has run all over teams this season and the Pack have done little versus the run this season to think otherwise. It all boils down to the simple question…can State protect home field? If you choose the over I think it will come to fruition as the Pack finish the season 2-1 and win 8 regular season games. Punctuated by a big time win against North Carolina.
