Release: Game times released for most NC State Non-Conference Games

The NC State Men’s Basketball team announced game times and television selections for select home non-conference games on Wednesday.

Two non-conference home games were selected to be televised on the ACC’s Regional Sports Network (RSN). The Pack’s game on Saturday, Dec. 3 against Boston University will tip at 4:30 p.m. and be shown on RSN, as will NC State’s game on Saturday, Dec. 10 versus Tennessee State, which will tip at 4:00 p.m. The game against TSU is the annual Heritage Game and will be played at the recently renovated Reynolds Coliseum.

The ACC’s Regional Sports Network (RSN) consists of FOX Sports South, FOX Sports Carolinas, FOX Sports Florida, FOX Sports Sun, FOX Sports Midwest, FOX Sports Indiana, YES Network, NESN, Root Sports Pittsburgh and CSN Mid-Atlantic.

The Pack’s season-opener on Friday, Nov. 11 versus Georgia Southern, Thursday, Dec. 22 contest against McNeese State and Wednesday, Dec. 28 game facing Rider will all tip at 7:00 p.m. and be shown on ACC Network Extra.

NC State’s two Sunday home non-conference contests; Nov. 13 against St. Francis College and Dec. 18 versus Fairfield will tip at 2:00 p.m. and be shown on ACC Network Extra

ACC Network Extra is an Atlantic Coast Conference dedicated live-events digital network available to authenticated subscribers of ESPN3 available on WatchESPN and the ESPN app.

In addition, the Wolfpack’s two exhibition contests on Thursday, Nov. 3 and Monday, Nov. 7 will start at 7:00 p.m. Streaming options for the two exhibition games are still being finalized.

The Loyola (Chicago) game on Saturday, Nov. 26 is the only home non-conference game that still does not have a tip time or television selection. Information on that game will be released at a later date.

NC State returns two double-figures scorer’s from last season’s team in Abdul-Malik Abu and Maverick Rowan and adds a six-member recruiting class highlighted by consensus five-star recruit Dennis Smith, Jr. The Wolfpack were ranked 23rd in the 2016-17 Blue Ribbon College Basketball Yearbook rankings which were released Tuesday.
