Rivals’ Bossi Predicts Charles O’Bannon Jr. to NC State

This week the experts at Rivals have been giving their predictions of where they think the 4-star recruits in their rankings will end up, and Eric Bossi predicted that Shooting Guard Charles O’Bannon Jr. will end up at NC State.

Earlier this month O’Bannon included NC State in his Top 4 along with Texas, USC and UCLA, and is scheduled to take an official visit to Raleigh on the weekend of October 21-23. NC State offered O’Bannon in July of last year. He unofficially visited NC State, and shared his thoughts with me then.
