NC State Offers Speedy 2019 ATH

Yesterday NC State offered a scholarship to 2019 athlete Khafre Brown out of West Mecklenburg High School yesterday.

UNC was the first school to offer Brown earlier in the month of September.

Brown is most known for being a standout in track and field.
