3 Players on ESPN Midseason All ACC

ESPN has released their midseason All-ACC team, and running back Matt Dayes, Tight End Jaylen Samuels, & offensive guard Tony Adams made the squad.

RB Matthew Dayes, NC State. One of the more underrated players in the ACC, Dayes ranks third in the league in rushing (111.5 yards per game) and is averaging 5.6 yards per carry. If he stays healthy, he will have his first career 1,000-yard rushing season.

TE Jaylen Samuels, NC State. Samuels is a hybrid player in the Wolfpack’s offense and could be listed at a variety of positions. We have him here because he is too good to leave off the list. Samuels leads NC State with 29 receptions and four touchdown catches.

OG Tony Adams, NC State. Adams has been a steady force on a revamped NC State offensive line, helping open up big holes for Dayes. The Wolfpack average 186.2 yards per game rushing. (ESPN)
