Sixers Waive Cat Barber
After forgoing his Senior season at NC State, point guard Cat Barber signed a deal with the 76ers after going undrafted in the 2016 NBA Draft. Today news broke that Barber was waived by the 76ers.
As the above tweet reveals, it looks likely that Barber will end up playing in the D-League for the 76ers, with the Delaware 87ers. Barber will be joining former NC State players Scott Wood and C.J. Williams in the D-League.
Another one bites the dust.
