Will 2018 DE Derrick Eason Jr pop for the Pack today?

With all the hype around the coming season, football recruiting has kind of taken a back seat in the media spotlight. That, however, is not stopping Dave Doeren from continuing to build his program.

Strong-side defensive end Derrick Eason Jr. is a 3-star 2018 prospect (6’4, 240lbs) who is being targeted by NC State, ECU, Virginia Tech and Maryland along with 20 other schools. As of now, NC State is thought to be the leader, but we will find that out for sure today when many expect him to announce.

He is fresh off a visit to NC State, so an announcement now should point towards a Pack commitment. I guess we’ll have to just wait and see, but we’ll be tracking it all day.
