Former NC State wing T.J. Warren, along with David West (Warriors) and Rasual Butler (Spurs), will be conducting an innovative basketball clinic on August 15th, at the University of Ghana. It will be a clinic for kids ages 10-18.

The clinic will also include a “Solutions HUB”, which will showcase innovative technologies as part of a holistic approach to engage the young players. The HUB will highlight renewable energy solutions, clean water technology, electric vehicles, 3-d printing systems as well as health and wellness programs.

David West (who is leading the clinic) stated, “This is a very personal project for me. I am committed to doing what I can to activate and support the young people in Africa.” He also said “Athletics is the conduit, but it goes much deeper than that. I want to work with the communities, with leaders to bring broader solutions addressing healthcare, education, entrepreneurship and technology innovation.” (LINK)

Warren has always represented the Wolfpack well. This is awesome T.J.!
