NC State Dominates Coastal Carolina 3-0

The #21 NC State Women’s Soccer team defeated Coastal Carolina 3-0 last night in their home opener. The Wolfpack completely dominated their opponent, not allowing a single shot on goal. NC State’s offense took 18 shots (12 on goal), which was a season high. Goals were scored by Sophomore Ricci Walkling (1), Sophomore Kia Rankin (2), and Sophomore Tziarra King (2). Freshman Naomi Powell, Sophomore Tziarra King and Junior Hannah Keogh picked up assists in the match as well.

The Wolfpack ladies are now 3-0, and their next match is against Princeton at home, on September 1st at 8pm.
