NC State is 1 of the Most Experienced Teams in the Nation

For the first couple years of Dave Doeren’s tenure, experience wasn’t a luxury on his roster.

Times have changed.

NC State returns 18 starters from last years team, and 11 of them are Seniors.

To put this into perspective, it’s the highest number of returning Senior starters at NC State in over 25 years!

The Wolfpack returns 8 starters on defense, which is the highest total of any team in the nation. Their 11 starters returning on offense are the 2nd highest total in the nation.

Talent can win you football games, but talent combined with experience goes much further, and NC State is hoping that this recipe will cook up a breakthrough year for the Wolfpack football team.
