CBS: NC State’s Keatts 5th Best Hire of ’17

The CBS team was out and about during the July recruiting period, and while they were on the road, they were able to survey over 100 NCAA coaches, asking them which power conference basketball team made the best head coach hire in the offseason, and NC State’s Kevin Keatts came in 5th place. At the top of the list is former NC State point guard Archie Miller, who was scooped up by Indiana.

Time will tell if Kevin Keatts should have been higher on this list or not. Nothing is proven until they hit the hardwood and start collecting wins and losses. Here’s to hoping that all of those surveyed realize in the future that they should have ranked Keatts higher.
