CJ Williams Leads Team USA AGAIN in win over DR

Former Wolfpacker CJ Williams is making the most of his time with Team USA in the Americup. Williams followed up his team leading 16 point, 5 rebound performance with a 15 point, 5 rebound, 4 steal outing in Wednesday’s win over the Dominican Republic.

Williams was more of a role player for the Wolfpack, but lately he’s emerged as a real scoring threat. He always had a nice midrange jumper, but it seems like lately he’s improved on his ability to attack and be the aggressor on offense. If Williams keeps this up here might find himself on the All-Tournament team, if not bringing home the MVP. We’ll keep you updated as the Americup rolls on.
