Browns Claim T.Y. McGill Off Waivers

It didn’t take long for a team to pick up former NC State Defensive Tackle T.Y. McGill off of Waivers. After being dropped by the Colts yesterday, the Browns picked him up off waivers this morning.

This isn’t surprising, because McGill had been a productive reserve for the Colts over the past two seasons. In 25 games over the past two years, McGill has tallied 12 tackles and 5 sacks.

In his two years at NC State, McGill collected 62 tackles, 13 tackles for loss, and 5 sacks.
