NC State Visited 5 Star Joey Baker Yesterday

The NC State coaching staff has been very busy as of late visiting some of the top basketball talent in the country. Yesterday was no different.

According to Jami Shaw, the NC State coaches were at Trinity Christian’s open gym yesterday checking out 5-star 2019 Small Forward Joey Baker (6’7″/193) and his teammates. Baker is the #13 overall player in his class according to ESPN.

Keatts and company have been showing Baker a lot of love. They visited him back on September 12th as well.

NC State offered him a scholarship back on May 5th, and back in June Baker visited NC State, and enjoyed getting to know the coaches. Over the past two years, Baker has visited Duke, Kentucky, South Carolina, and UNC on numerous occasions.

The Wolfpack snagged another big time prospect out of Trinity Christian a couple of years ago. You might have heard of him. His name was Dennis Smith Jr.
