5 star Joey Baker SF Going to Louisville Game

5-star 2019 Small Forward Joey Baker will be at NC State for the Louisville game tomorrow night. Baker was most recently at Duke, and walked away from there with an offer, and unofficially visited UNC at the beginning of September. With that being said, Baker is very familiar with NC State.

The Wolfpack coaching staff went and visited him twice in September, and barely missed one of his games in AAU play this summer. Baker took another unofficial visit to NC State back in June to get to know the new coaching staff better.

Baker was offered a scholarship by former NC State head coach Mark Gottfried in June of last year, and then Kevin Keatts didn’t waste a time, doing the same in the beginning of May of this year.

At the end of July, Baker said that UCLA, Louisville, Florida and NC State were prioritizing him the most.

Baker is the #13 overall player in the class of 2019 according to ESPN, and the #1 player in the state of North Carolina.
