NC State’s Holding Onto The Ball at a Historic Rate

There are a lot of reasons that a team wins a football game, but taking care of the pigskin ranks near the top of the list.

NC State turned the ball over twice against South Carolina in the season opener, which ultimately led to their demise.

Since then, the Wolfpack hasn’t turned the ball over a single time in 4 games.

Let’s put this in perspective.

The Wolfpack only had one game in 2016 without a turnover.

Let me take it up a notch.

NC State ranks 15th in the NCAA with a turnover margin of 1.2, and ranks 3rd in the least amount of turnovers.

Onr more notch, and I promise I’m done.

This is the first time in school history that 18 has ever gone four consecutive games without a turnover.

Props fellas.
