Ryan Finley named a Manning Star of the Week

NC State quarterback, Ryan Finley, was named a Manning Star of the week. This is the second time Finley has been given the honor.

Finley went 20-of-31 for 367 yards and a TD in the win over Louisville. He averaging a career-high 18.35 YPC. He was also named the ACC’s Offensive Back of the Week for the performance.

He is also up for a fan vote, for the National Quarterback of the Week. So let’s do what we do and skew this poll like crazy. Here is the link and here are his highlights.
