NC State O-Line on Joe Moore Award Midseason Honor Roll

NC State’s Offensive Line was one of twenty-one schools that made the Joe Moore Award Midseason Honor Roll. The Joe Moore Award is awarded to the Most Outstanding Offensive Line Unit in College Football. Here is what they had to say about NC State in their press release:

North Carolina State (#20, 5-1)

Award Criteria Exemplified: Toughness, Finishing, Technique, Consistency

– 16 rush TD (T-17th in FBS and t-2nd in ACC)

– 471 ypg Tot Off (T-25th in FBS, 3rd in ACC)

– Have not allowed a sack in either of the last 2 games; have only allowed 2 sacks over the last 4 games

Offensive Line Coach Dwayne Ledford has the “Band of Brothers” playing at a very high level. These boys haven’t allowed a sack in three games of ACC play. Also, the lone Senior on the unit is Tony Adams, while Garrett Bradbury, Terronne Prescod, Will Richardson, and Tyler Jones are Juniors. The Band of Brothers look to be solid past 2017.
