REPORT: TJ Warren will be ready for NBA opener

Last week we updated you on the latest TJ Warren injury and asked if it could be possible that he miss NBA opening night.

While the initial report was that he needed stitches and ‘would be fine,’ the Suns ended up holding him out longer than expected and did not provide any new information. Usually, something like that wouldn’t be noteworthy, but last year Warren had another head injury that was initially thought to be minor. It turned out that TJ missed a ton of time. The Suns stayed quiet on that injury as well, which led many to wonder if Warren had something more serious going on.

Luckily, we finally got some news via azcentral.com writer, Scott Bordow.

So it appears that he sat out last night’s final preseason game, but will suit up and play Wednesday night when the Suns open up the season against the Trailblazers at 10 pm.
