5 Star PG Jalen Lecque Visiting NC State

5-Star 2019 Point Guard Jalen Lecque (6’4”/185) will be taking an unofficial visit to NC State this weekend.

Lecque is the #14 overall player in the 2019 recruiting class according to ESPN, and plays for Christ School in Arden, North Carolina. NC State was at his school on September 14th to watch him, and before they left they offered him a scholarship. He has also taken unofficial visits in the past couple of months to Georgia Tech, Villanova, Saint Louis, TCU, Texas Tech, Clemson, South Carolina, and Kentucky last weekend.

It’s huge to get an in-State talent like Lecque on campus this weekend. NC State head coach Kevin Keatts is trying to keep the best talent from North Carolina from leaving, because he’s also in hot pursuit of Joey Baker, the #1 player in the state in 2019. Here’s a look at what Lecque can do:
