‘Primetime with the Pack’ Twitter Recap

Last night, NC State opened up the basketball season with their annual ‘Primetime with the Pack’ pep rally. It was held at Reynolds Coliseum and had all the usual events. A dunk contest, a 3-point shootout, hyped-up intros. However, one thing that was missing this year was what most NC State fans look forward to the most. The men’s red/white scrimmage.

Kevin Keatts decided against the scrimmage this year and honestly, we don’t blame him .As much as we love to see an early glimpse of the team and do some in-depth breakdown of what we saw, it really doesn’t give you much. It’s usually a zero-defense dunk fest with low intensity and a lot of showboating. Literally everything Keatts hopes his team doesn’t do when the season opens up.

So since there really isn’t much to break down, we’ll just share videos and tweets from the event to catch you up on what went on.

You can get your first glimpse of the team in game action on November 3rd (7pm) at the PNC when they host Mars Hill in their first exhibition.
