NC State Jumps to 14th in AP Poll After Bye Week

NC State might not have played due to a bye week, but that didn’t stop them from improving in the newest AP Poll, jumping from 16th to 14th.

This is the highest NC State has been ranked in the AP Poll since the 2nd week of the 2003 season. They jumped from 16th to 14th after defeating Western Carolina in Week 1, but they lost to Wake Forest in Week 2, falling to 24th in Week 3.
