Harmon looking to dethrone Cotchery for most 100 yard games

NC State WR Kelvin Harmon is going a little under the radar if you ask us.

The sophomore has put up four 100+ receiving games so far this season, making him the first NC State player with that many since Jerricho Cotchery had seven in 2003.

Harmon really burst onto the scene this season with two 100+ yard games to open the year. In fact, he is the first WR to open the season with two games over the century mark since Koren Robinson did it in 2000.

So, where does Harmon rank in Wolfpack history when it comes to 100 yard games? As far as season stats go, he is the seventh WR in State history to go over 100 yards 4 or more times in a season, but Harmon is looking to climb to the top the Wolfpack record book for most 100-yard games in his career.

Right now he’s sitting in 6th, but he very likely could end up in 4th when all is said and done this year. Here is the list.

Harmon will obviously end up with more than eight 100 yard games before his NC State career is finished, but will he be able to eclipse 15 and wrestle the record from Cotchery?

We think so, but we’ll be keeping an eye on it for you.
